F*ck Love by Tarryn Fisher Review

synopsisHelena Conway has fallen in love.
Unwillingly. Unwittingly.
But not unprovoked.
Kit Isley is everything she’s not—unstructured, untethered,
and not even a little bit careful.
It could all be so beautiful … if he wasn’t dating her best friend.
Helena must defy her heart, do the right thing, and think of others.
Until she doesn’t.

myreviewI will admit that the cover and title immediately drew me to the is book. Seriously, who hasn’t those two words once, twice, ok a million times throughout their life??? Once I started reading I became immediately intrigued with how this love story was going to work out.

Part of the storyline I just could not connect with no matter how hard I tried. But, the shining glory in this book is Fisher’s ability to creatively convey what it must feel like to try to deny the love you feel towards someone and the longing to be with them. Overall this was a good book to start off my year of reading.
